Sponsorship:

At the Inaugural NBC 2010 event, we had over 150 participants.  Many of these individuals came from different universities all over the state and the US and approximately 150 talks and posters were presented.

The NBCIC 2012 is being organized with a view to:

  • To bring together academic and industry experts on the cutting-edge nanoscience and technologies and discuss scientific topics which have significant global economic impact.
  • Promote closer research ties and networking opportunities within nanoscience community of the State of Florida and the other national prominent Nanocenters of Excellence.
  • Foster and encourage collaborative research efforts between academicians from national and international universities and institutes.
  • Forge strong industry-academia partnerships in the field of nanoscience technology to promote market driven research and innovation at the global level.
  • Encourage and showcase the contributions of undergraduate, graduate and postdocs from all over the world by creating a student-friendly event where they can not only present their research among peers, but also to foster networking opportunities, thereby ensuring a new generation of nanoscientists "Global Community".

Opportunities for Sponsorship

This year our goal is to expand the scope of this program and to make this a true International event.  More specifically, the technical themes will be “Translational Nanotechnology for Global Health”.  The NBCIC 2012 Meeting will continue its well-established tradition of being an academic-oriented event.  Described as “one of greatest twin-cities of the world that started as a fantasy,” the Tampa-Clearwater area, with its subtropical climate, naturally protected harbor, and spectacular beaches, has traditionally been a haven for tourism.

The Steering Committee of NBCIC 2012 would like to offer you the rewarding opportunity to acknowledge your company’s name/logo with this educational event and demonstrate your company’s support    for the new generation of nanotechonology scientists.
